Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
How can you receive what the Lord has for you if you don't believe. The children of Israel did not believe God for the promise land and due to that they wandered in the wilderness. The wandered an wandered. Right at the edge of their blessing.iTS LIKE SOMEONE SAYING I HAVE A gift FOR YOU YET JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT SEE IT INFRONT OF YOU, YOU DONT BELIEVE THEY HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU. God does not work how the world does we think as realist and things that we can see so it has to be true because if i can see it then this is how it is. Yet Faith says that It is Evidence of things NOT SEEN! Its believing if God said it then it will be done even if at first you dont see what he is telling you!
All You have to is Say the Word!
Matthew 8:5-10
5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
All you have to do is say the word. This man faith was so strong to know that all Christ had to do is say the word and his situation would change thats how strong his faith was. He didnt have ot see his servant healed all he had to know is that his servant was healed!!! That was it!! How is your faith with God do you believe God just has to say the word for your situation to change all you need is to hear his voice ,hear that one sermon, read that one scripture to know God has changed my situation!!
The Future is Now!
Ecclesiastes 3
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven
now
at the present time or moment.
I remember asking him can we get married and have kids oneday in the future. Move to Atlanta and have a house with a porch with the swing around it.Yet to me the future always seemed so far. Seemed like I always had to wait for it. When would the future ever come. Because I was only getting older. How many of us do this. I will do it next season or next year or in the future. In the future this is what i am going to do. Yet tomorrow is not even promised. There is a season for everything but what if your season is in this season what if your future is now?
Now Faith!!
Hebrews 11
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
We often believe that God would want us to have faith for something and its going to take forever to get here. We have a faith for the future but not a faith for now! What if God was going to change your situation Now? Would you believe GOd. Would you believe that you change is here. Would you believe that your prayer has been answered. Do you believe God for right now in this moment right here. That God has changed your situation!!! That you will receive the gift that God has for you. Do you believe God for right now do you have a now faith!!!?
