The day His Destiny Started!
Ruth 2:4-7 And, behold, Boaz came from Bethlehem, and said unto the reapers, The Lord be with you. And they answered him, The Lord bless thee. 5 Then said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?
6 And the servant that was set over the reapers answered and said, It is the Moabitish damsel that came back with Naomi out of the country of Moab:
7 And she said, I pray you, let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves: so she came, and hath continued even from the morning until now, that she tarried a little in the house.
Boaz : cause (an event or process) to happen.
Boaz had a destiny! This was the day where boaz destiny started. God had a will for his life. I dont believe that he just walked in the field that day and thinking todays my lifes going to change. Today im going to meet a woman i will oneday call my wife and the mother of my children. He didn't think that but this moment right here is a moment that started Boaz Destiny!
Boaz becomes aware of his Destiny
a·ware
having knowledge or perception of a situation or fact
Ruth 3:7-8 And when Boaz had eaten and drunk, and his heart was merry, he went to lie down at the end of the heap of corn: and she came softly, and uncovered his feet, and laid her down. And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was afraid, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman lay at his feet
This is the night where Boaz became aware of his destiny. Where Ruth approached him on the threshing floor and she was to be his wife. There is one thing when your future looks unsure but there are moments in your life where you will have situation where life looks so clear and you know what you must do. There is no and if's or butts you just know you need to take this road for your life. This is the day Boaz became aware oh his destiny. He would be Ruth's Husband!
He fought for his Destiny
Fight
- 1.a confrontation or struggle.
Ruth 3:10-13 And he said, Blessed be thou of the Lord, my daughter: for thou hast shewed more kindness in the latter end than at the beginning, inasmuch as thou followedst not young men, whether poor or rich.11 And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou requirest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman.12 And now it is true that I am thy near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than I.13 Tarry this night, and it shall be in the morning, that if he will perform unto thee the part of a kinsman, well; let him do the kinsman's part: but if he will not do the part of a kinsman to thee, then will I do the part of a kinsman to thee, as the Lord liveth: lie down until the morning.
Sometimes if we really want a destiny to happen we have to fight for it. We have to do anything we can to make sure our destiny happens. Sometimes it will not come easy. Yet boaz was willing to do anything possible to make sure he had this for his life. He loved Ruth so much and knew this is what God wanted. No matter what tried to get in his was he had to go around it. There was no way he was going to miss this for his life. Are you willing to fight for your destiny?
The Day Their Destinies Aligned
a·lign
- 1.place or arrange (things) in a straight line.
Ruth 4:13 So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the Lordgave her conception, and she bare a son.
This is the day that Both Ruth and Boaz Destinies became in alignment. Then were able to walk together. Gods will for their life was to be together. And so with them both agreeing in Gods will and both their paths being in alignment they were able to walk together. They where aligned with God and were married.. This is the day that their destined Aligned!
