John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Love is a gift and gifts are given. You can't force love. I can't make you love me if you don't. How? God never says he will force you to love him. Yet you have to be willing to give love to him. Love is to be mutual. Sometimes its not because sometimes we love those who won't love us back. Yet God does that daily and still loves. He still gives his love. Because gifts are given and love is one of those gifts that is given even when you don't deserve a gift. Love can open the eyes of the blind, love can heal all wounds. Everyone is looking for love. So when you have love Cherish it. Hold on to that gift of love. Dont take the one or ones you love forgranted because oneday they might not be there when you go looking for their love

Jesus, Don't Pass By This Vision Of Mine!

John 9:1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

Pass By:  to go past without stopping or noticing : disregard, ignore

While reading John 9 this morning for my devotions I  came across something that seemed so strange to me. As I pleaded and ask God to change my situation praying he doesn't over look me but he see's me. LORD DO YOU SEE ME I KNOW THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE WHO ARE HAVING TROUBLES BUT DO YOU SEE ME AND WHAT IM GOING THROUGH? Then it stood out to me John 9 starts out by saying "And as Jesus passed by." Yet when you think of the definition of passed by it means to go by without stopping or noticing; disregard. ignore. I'm thinking Jesus okay well Lord well are you telling me that you are passing my situation by? Yet then it pauses with a comma and says " he saw"! Sounds strange right, here is Jesus passing by which is usually to pass without taking notice but yet he did take notice! Yet when he saw he saw a blind man( so a man with no vision ) To myself im thinking well "Lord I have a vision YOU gave me the vision for my life"yet that doesn't change the text cuz it says "he saw a man which was blind"! And we all know without a vision the people perish!(Proverbs 29:18) I started to think well Lord you saw a man who was blind so you must wanted to heal his vision because Jesus never stopped just to stop but whenever  Jesus stopped for someone or something things changed. Heal my vision! Wow Lord you see me out of all these other people Lord! It kinda made sense to me because I have been seeking direction on what to do next because everything in my life has fallen apart lately and the vision he gave me  has not come to past yet been broken needing healing. Yet then I wonder well Lord why didn't you come before when my situation could have been changed and then I thought about how when Jesus  saw Mary after Lazarus died and he wept with her. An Lord Know's I've been weeping over my dead situation!

John 11:33-35 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled. And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see.Jesus wept.
It was like Jesus was coming to see my situation and bring sight back to my blindness!  Bring life back to my Lazarus because Jesus had seen and he wanted to do more than just see yet he wanted to know where I had laid my situation down! He even wept with me! It's hard to feel like your the only one in the world crying about your situation and no one else cares but Jesus wept with me!

John 11:36-37 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him!

And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?

Even the on looker's around who knew Jesus was weeping over Lazarus knew Jesus loved him just as Mary and Martha loved him. It makes you happy to know that Jesus love's your Lazarus in your life even when he's dead or alive but he cares for your situation! Yet it goes on to say they questioned " Could not this man which opened the eye's of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died " Wow that hit me hard because I thought about when God first came to me he had opened my eye's when I was blind for his will for my life then he came along and gave me vision for it yet after he gave me the vision somewhere from point A to point B seemed to have died like Lazarus? Lord this is not what you showed me? I thought about Joseph he saw the palace but he ended up in the pit! This is not what you showed me Lord, I need you to make it clear!

Clear Vision!

John 9:3  Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

man·i·fest

/ˈmanəˌfest/
Adjective
Clear or obvious to the eye or mind:

Yes everyone see's fireworks clear as day but at night but you can't miss them unless your blind! The man in John 9 didn't have vision because something was wrong with him but because God wanted to make His works clear as day to everyone else around. God knew that Jesus would be passing by that day and he knew that boy would be blind he had a appointment for him he saw him from a far. Think about Lazarus in John 11 when Jesus first got the word that Lazarus was dying he said

John 11:1-4 Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.(It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

It was going to be made so obvious that Jesus was the one who healed, raised him from the dead, who gave him his sight. No one else when it came to Mary and Martha they couldn't heal Lazarus from his sickness because he died and no one else could have given this man his vision Not his parents Not even himself only Jesus.

When Jesus gives vision its so people can see a head of them and when your blind to God's vision things are so unclear. Think about Saul! He thought he had vision NOPE! WRONG! Killing Christians because he thought he was right until he bumped into Jesus on the Road to Damascus on a CrossRoad in his life! (Acts 9) He soon found out his views and thoughts on life where not right! Yet there where blind and blurry. So Jesus gave him some of what he was Blind! Jesus spoke to Ananias in a vision and told him about Saul!

Acts 9:10-12
And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.
Only Jesus could have given Saul this vision and it come to past like this. Then having this random Christian man coming up to him and  giving him his sight back just like Jesus had told him.

Acts 9:17-18
And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus. And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

Saul received his Vision instantly! Right after he was healed he started preaching the name of Jesus. Yet this man who was blind didn't receive his instantly God made a clay from the ground with his spit and anointed his eyes (John 9:6-7) Yet even though it did't come instantly the man came back seeing! I understood this man well because my vision did't come instantly it felt as Jesus had sent me all over the place to receive the vision he had for my life! It's like Martha wondering why Jesus didn't come maybe her brother would have not died. Yet by the end Jesus shows Martha his Glory and Raises Lazarus.

John 11:40-44 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

I Laugh at this because even though my vision hasn't came clear yet I know Im closer because when Gods vision for my life began it started off with John 11:40  Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

How that happen? You were Just Blind!

Beggar :One that begs; especially :

a person who lives by asking for gifts

This season of my life I have suffered from this greatly the famine in the spiritual world has gotten me down. Everyone around me has their own but I gave everything i had to follow Jesus. Then ended up with nothing of my own and someone else taking care of me only making enough money to pay my bills. I know this has got to be a joke God I wanted to cry but God knows i a runner and in order to get me to stay in one place it has to be that way! After a few weeks I wanted my own I have nothing to call my own. The children of Israel probably felt the same way wandering in the wilderness depending on manna never having a resting spot but living in tents. We want our own God we want a land flowing with milk and honey! Tired of sticking their hand out for hand outs.

John 9:8-9 The neighbors therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged? Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.

When the blind man returned though people noticed the change that Jesus had done! He was no longer a beggar! Wow it's crazy when Jesus comes along and when you were once asking people for things that you couldn't get yourself your now able to do yourself. When Jesus opens our eye's to his vision things change! We must also know people change because when people see what Jesus has done in your life they will do anything to try to make it possible to hush it up so it seems like you haven't changed that it never happened, make excuses for your change anything but give credit to Jesus even your family will some time be quieted in fear of what others may say.

John 9:10-23 Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?11 He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.12 Then said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know not.13 They brought to the Pharisees him that aforetime was blind.14 And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.15 Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. He said unto them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed, and do see.16 Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because he keepeth not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them.17 They say unto the blind man again, What sayest thou of him, that he hath opened thine eyes? He said, He is a prophet.18 But the Jews did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind, and received his sight, until they called the parents of him that had received his sight.19 And they asked them, saying, Is this your son, who ye say was born blind? how then doth he now see?20 His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:21 But by what means he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself.22 These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.23 Therefore said his parents, He is of age; ask him.

This Happened with Lazarus to when Lazarus was risen from the dead then the Pharisees tried to bring him back to his original state which is Dead! Yet Lazarus was alive because of Jesus and there was no bring Lazarus back to the grave! Make sure you are aware of those around you once God changes your Dead Vision and gives it life because people will try to kill it!!!

John 12:9-11 Now a great many of the Jews knew that He was there; and they came, not for Jesus’ sake only, but that they might also see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. 10 But the chief priests plotted to put Lazarus to death also,11 because on account of him many of the Jews went away and believed in Jesus.

God Keeps a Watch over His Word

Jeremiah 1:11-12
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?”And I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.” Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.”

God had Jeremiah to look out to see an Almond tree which is known as "The Watchful Tree".  God was showing Jeremiah that he was keeping a watch on his word (vision). This mean God keeps and eye on his word that he has given to you  and that he is ready to preform it in this season of your life. We think about the prodigal son as he returned home The Father saw him from a way off meaning he wasn't their yet but he saw him and he was ready for him and had compassion on him and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him( Luke 15:20)
