                God's Lesson before Prepare for the Future!

^{1 Samuel 17:37} David said moreover, The Lord that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the Lord be with thee.

David was going to face his giant in life! We can often wonder how he was able to face this giant at such a young age. It was God, No doubts about it God prepared David to fight his future battle with Goliath before he actually fought Goliath! David says God delivered( past tense) me out of the paw of the lion and delivered me out of the paw of the bear and he will deliver( in the future) me out of the hand of this Philistine.   David knew God would allow him to defeat this giant in life because of previous battles that happened before! How often do we look at our situations before hand to see how God is working in our life before we go to face our real battles in life. There will always be a little battle to get us ready. Yesterday I went to the movies with a friend but I don't like escalators So we start going up to the top floor not knowing that there was a third floor escalator I kept going being unaware! Well once you get to the second floor you can't turn back you have to keep going up I had no other choice but to face my fear or I would be stuck and we would have missed the movie. So I grabbed their hand closed my eyes and went up and faced my fear! I know that God was showing me that he is moving me forward in life in places that will allow me to face my fears places that require no turning back but just moving forward. Just like my friend kept saying Jazz you can do this and just like my friend held my hand and assured me id be okay God is doing the same. God is cheering me on letting me know that as I move forward in life he is letting me know situations may get uncomfortable but no matter what you can do this I'm showing you now that you can defeat anything that comes in the future if you trust me to know that I'm going to be with you along the way! I'm preparing you now! David was prepared for  Goliath with a lion and a bear.So what made David ready with great faith to trust God to face his giant when the time came is because he knew God was with him and had already prepared him for this day!

                  Use What God Has Already Showed You Works 

^{1 Samuel 17:38-39} And Saul armed David with his armour, and he put an helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail.

³⁹ And David girded his sword upon his armour, and he assayed to go; for he had not proved it. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them. And David put them off him.

Saul was trying to send David into battle with things in which he had not yet proved to work! Whats the point of being prepared if what you are equipped with won't work in your battle? It's like the teacher giving hints on whats going to be on the test and you go study everything else but skip over what is known to be on the test. God always prepares us for where we are going before we get there. So it is not always safe to take others advice on how they would face this situation especially if its not proven how their armor works the right way to face the battle ! That's why it is very key to watch how God does certain things in your life before hand. He will give you clues as into where you are going before you get there because God already knows things about your life and paths you will take down the road. So David already knew that Saul's armor wouldn't work for his battle because it was never proven to work!

Faith In Gods Plan to Victory!

^{1 Samuel 17:45} Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
God prepared you so why wouldn't you win? Think about it the creator of the universe is getting you ready for a battle why be nervous? Why have fear? It's like your getting the best training ever! David stood infront of this huge giant. Yet to David, Goliath was nothing compared to God because God is greater than any battle we can go against in life! Ask yourself is there anything to hard for the Lord? Sarah fought barrenness and laughed at God because she thought her battle was to hard for God! No really ask yourself is there anything to hard for the Lord if God can defeat  save someone elses family why can't he save yours? If God can heal someone else's sickness why can't he heal yours?  Do you have faith in Gods plan to victory? David knew that Goliath had everything possible to destroy him but what the philistine didn't have was God! God was on Davids side and he was going to win! David had faith enough to believe it even being a small little boy!
Conquering What You Prepared For!
  1 Samuel 17:48-51

⁴⁸ And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came, and drew nigh to meet David, that David hastened, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine.

⁴⁹ And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth.

⁵⁰ So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.

⁵¹ Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.

David prepared for this moment! He knew at some point it would come and when he stood in front of the issue he overcame he won! Why because he was prepared to win! You must know that you are prepared to win and when the time comes do not hesitate on it but go for the opportunity to face the battle God has prepared you for. The children of Israel crossed the Jordan when they saw the move of God that allowed them to cross! Don't be afraid you were prepared for this!!!!
