And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

² Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them.

I guess this is where it all started or maybe where it starts!  Going to search  out the Land! Going to the place that God promised that when this was all over I'd be moving to! I Soared High Above my Past! I overcame my trauma's and my fears!I loved for first time ever, Ive been able to feel love again, I dont feel numb, I consider myself more of a woman than I have ever been before, I have learned so much, I'm no longer  afraid to want have things I've never been able to grasp onto. This is the place they children of Israel where they where at a place where God wanted to move them forward! So he had them search out the land! The only thing is when ever their is a choice to be made in life you with God you choose on which way to go.  

Numbers 13:23-25

²³ And they came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one of cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and they brought of the pomegranates, and of the figs.

²⁴ The place was called the brook Eshcol, because of the cluster of grapes which the children of Israel cut down from thence.

²⁵ And they returned from searching of the land after forty days.

Eschol is known as the valley of Decisions! It is a crossroad in life a place where you have to make a choice. Its a choice that with what you saw is what you want or isn't anything you want! The place where the children of Israel who spied out the land had to choose! Choose to move forward or go backward! Moving forward is always a choice! There is tons of people who don't move forward everyday they remain stuck I know for my own life. They remain in bondage! The children of Israel saw the fruit in the land! A large cluster of grapes! They saw a land flowing with milk and honey! Yet the choice was theirs! Some would move forward! Some would Remain Stuck, and Some just wanted to go backwards! What choice would you choose?

 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

Have you ever watched a movie and fast forward it to get to the good parts? That's what Caleb had when he spied out the land he got to see the good part of the story before the others got to! He got a glimpse into the future. 

Caleb knew they could move forward! It's a choice you don't have to stay stuck or go backwards you just have to be motivated enough to know that you can move forward and start working towards it in faith! Caleb wanted to cross the Jordan and go into his place of promise which he later did in the book of Joshua! I want better for my life I want more for my life! I don't want to be stuck a lot of the people I know are still doing the same things in their life. I want more! I want a land flowing with milk and honey. I want a family, want to go to the zoo with my kids, have a husband, not run the streets, do constructive things, travel, tell people about what God has done for me, not deal with drama. I see what God has for me and I want to go after it! I want to possess it and I know just like Caleb I am well able to overcome it!

Do you know that you can have what it is that God says you can have. Its only impossible if you don't believe!
Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. 

The Choice to Stay Stuck Or Go Backwards!!

² And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!

³ And wherefore hath the Lord brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?

⁴ And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.

At first I have to be honest I've been stuck I didn't see it. Meaning didn't see what God had for me. I didn't believe that what God wanted to give me was better for me! I thought things would turn out bad that it would be just like the children of Israel thought just like Egypt. Just like my past only because I lived in fear! I was unequally yoked with God how could I walk with him when I didn't believe what he had for my life was better for me? How could I enter a land flowing with milk and honey? Lord I believe Help my belief (Mark 9:24)! Fear that the giants in the land would overtake me! Being like the men in Samuel 17 who just stood in front of their Giants but never faced them! It's your choice to stay stuck! Don't choose to stay stuck you will lose out on what God has for you. Maybe you haven't given you life to Christ because of fear. What are you waiting for? Your missing out on what God has for you because the promises of God only come to those who believe! Do you believe? Gods not fooled trust me he wasn't fooled by me I didn't believe he knew in my heart I didn't believe he could restore my family, or give me a son or a husband. He knew the day it was that I began to believe that what he was saying was true! The he could do it that all things where possible with him! Ask yourself really at this crossroad in your life what is better for you that if you turn back right now. What is so special about back there that you can't move forward? I know its hard to see ahead because you haven't been there before but really what is so special back there? The children of Israel where in bondage before this what was soo good about that?Look at my life before this prostitution, drugs, cutting, lock up? What was good about my disbelief for me to not want to have faith to move forward to want better! There was nothing but hurt and pain back there!! God wants to move me towards better!

² Moses my servant is dead; Now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

³ Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

Now was the time to embrace the promises of God! At that moment! Moses had died and now Joshua was leader! Now God was going to part the Jordan and allow the Children of Israel to cross over! Have you ever just waited for a now timing! A place in your life that says right now is the right time! You can't wait! Or you may miss the move of God! 

I've been searching for this place in my life for a long time! This place of knowing that I can have these things in my life. I wanted them but I didn't believe that that I could have them. I want to hold onto them possess them. Go into a land flowing with milk and honey. A land that says here Jasmine this is everything your heart has desired that God said you can have. Now you can have it, you can embrace it! You can enter in you don't have to search anymore but you can have it now! Just enter into this place that I have for you! You don't have to wonder just cross over. Don't sit in the valley of decision or at the cross road in your life yet cross over! Let the door close behind you and don't look back! Transition! and Embrace what God has for you Now. The children of Israel where able to get their promises because they believed. Those who didn't died in the wilderness! I believe! So I will embrace! Dont stay stuck, Cross over! Oneday Jesus will come back if you don't believe you will not go into heaven with him. Nor will you embrace his promises. Yet you will be in hell for eternity! Its not worth it! Choose Jesus, Choose to transition!
